The action of turning an idea into something tangible has always been what makes me feel alive — the emotions and curiosities that come with the process. Somewhere along the way I found product design: same instinct, but pointed at solving a real problem for people.
I'm also drawn to the storytelling side of design — how a brand gets personified and translated across mediums, and how design itself becomes a tool for communication and connection.
Outside of work: I believe fungi ecosystems are extremely underrated, somehow all my favorite movies and shows are dystopian fiction, I love observing animals (and humans too), everything to do with psychology and water (swimming mostly), I'm getting the hang of taking photos with my Fujifilm X100VI, and have an ongoing fascination with the number 3.
